1. Event Terms

By purchasing tickets and attending Festava Live - Bali DJ Expo, you agree to comply with all event rules and regulations. The event is scheduled for 10-12th Dec 2024 at Kuta Beach, Bali, Indonesia.

Event Details:

• Event dates are subject to change due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances
• Age restriction: 18+ years old with valid ID required
• No outside food, beverages, or substances allowed
• Professional photography and recording equipment prohibited

2. Ticket Terms

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable except as explicitly stated in these terms.

Ticket Policies:

• Early Bird tickets: $120 (limited availability)
• Standard tickets: $240
• Tickets must be presented at entry (digital or printed)
• Lost or stolen tickets cannot be replaced
• Resale of tickets at above face value is prohibited

3. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be provided in the following circumstances:

• Event cancellation by organizers due to circumstances beyond control
• Government restrictions preventing the event from taking place
• Venue unavailability

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the refund-eligible circumstance occurring.

4. Behavior and Conduct

All attendees must maintain respectful behavior throughout the event. The following actions may result in removal without refund:

• Disruptive, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior
• Harassment of other attendees, artists, or staff
• Violation of local laws or regulations
• Possession of prohibited items

5. Liability and Safety

Attendees participate at their own risk. Festava Live and its organizers are not liable for:

• Personal injury or property damage
• Theft or loss of personal belongings
• Medical emergencies or health issues
• Travel or accommodation expenses

Medical facilities will be available on-site. Attendees with medical conditions should consult healthcare providers before attending.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including music, performances, and promotional materials, are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized recording, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email to ticket holders. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
